National Radional echoed the repercussion that the Forum has had, in which what can be called the "Second Agricultural Revolution" was addressed, putting it at the level of the arrival of machinery<\/em>industrial ia.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

AGRO 5, the agricultural content program of this state-run station, carried out extensive coverage of the Microbiome Forum, with interviews with many of the event's protagonists, in this case three of the speakers who had the opportunity to present their knowledge at the field of microorganisms.<\/p>

In their program, they talked about the commitment to the sustainability of the agri-food sector, which is making an effort to incorporate the use of microorganisms in agriculture, focusing on the celebration of the I International Microbiome Forum where, they highlight, "it has been demonstrated the role of microorganisms in pest control, disease resistance, and the possibility of offering more sustainable products\u201d.<\/p>

To illustrate the information, he issued interviews with three of the speakers at the event.<\/p>

Esther Ngumbi, from the University of Illinois alludes to how "agriculture is going to change in a 100%" since, according to what she stated, "in the research she carries out in her laboratories, when working with microorganisms the roots are up to 5 times larger , and the plants are much healthier, so he ventures the improvements that can be made by transferring these advances to farmers\u201d.<\/p>

Pedro Palaz\u00f3n, from the company Ideagro, also spoke about the possibilities offered by the use of microorganisms for crops and for consumers, improving the conditions of soils that have suffered the effects of intensive agriculture in recent decades.<\/p>

Bibiana Rodr\u00edquez, Deputy Deputy Director of the SG for Agricultural Production Means and OEVV (MAPA) for her part, addresses regulatory issues in the use of microorganisms.
