TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h2>

I. OBJECT<\/h2>

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the relationship between Soluciones Agromarketing SL with CIF B73907842 and registered office at C\/ Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00edn Camacho, 20, 30530, Cieza, Murcia, hereinafter the "Company", and users who purchase virtual products through the website www.microbioma.es<\/a>, hereinafter the "Website".<\/p>

II. PRODUCTS AND PRICES<\/h2>

The Company offers virtual products such as registrations for congresses and courses. The prices indicated on the Website are in euros and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain, except in cases where otherwise specified. The prices shown do not include management costs, which will be detailed in the purchase process and will be paid by the user.<\/p>

III. PAYMENT METHODS<\/h2>

The Company accepts the following payment methods: credit card, bizum, PayPal and bank transfer. In case of payment by bank transfer, the user must indicate the assigned order number in the concept. The Company will not be responsible for delays or problems derived from the lack of information or error in the data provided by the user to make the payment.<\/p>

IV. DELIVERY OF VIRTUAL PRODUCTS<\/h2>

The delivery of virtual products will be made through the email provided by the user during the purchase process. Once the payment is confirmed, the user will receive an email with the confirmation of the registration to the congress or course purchased and all the necessary information to access it.<\/p>

V. WITHDRAWAL AND CHANGES<\/h2>

The user may revoke the purchase or withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification by email. microbioma@agromarketing.es<\/a>. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from which you can only make changes. In case of change, the Company reserves the right to modify the price of the product if the user requests a different product with a different price.<\/p>

SAW. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS<\/h2>

The Company guarantees the quality of the products offered on the Web in accordance with the applicable regulations. In the event that the user detects any deficiency in the product received, they must contact the Company via email congreso@microbioma.es<\/a> to start the claim process.<\/p>

VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>

All the contents of the Web, understood as but not limited to, the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the exclusive property of the Company or third parties, without being understood to be assigned to the user, by virtue of the provisions of these terms and conditions, any exploitation rights over them beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Web.<\/p>

VIII. USER OBLIGATIONS<\/h2>

The user undertakes to use the Web and the products acquired in a lawful manner, respecting at all times the rules of intellectual property and other applicable regulations. Likewise, it undertakes to provide truthful and complete information during the purchase process.<\/p>

IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h2>

The Company will not be responsible in case of delays or incidents in the delivery of virtual products due to causes beyond its control, such as technical failures in the payment platform or in the email provided by the user. In any case, the Company undertakes to solve the problems as soon as possible.<\/p><\/div>

X. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h2>

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The modifications made will be effective from the moment of their publication on the Web.<\/p>

XI. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/h2>

These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. In case of dispute, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
